Operating Steps
Preheat the Master Mold: Heat the mold to 50-60 degrees Celsius and apply a release agent.
Mix Resin A and B: Measure A and B resins according to the ratio, mix well, then vacuum for 90-120 seconds.
Pour into Mold: Slowly pour the vacuumed mixture into the prepared mold.
Curing: After the reaction, place in an oven at 80-100 degrees Celsius and cure for 1 hour.
